AHEAD focuses on creating the best material they can for their students. All the materials are research-based. Every material made is planned, thought through, and only contains the information our students need for the review. For AHEAD, it’s quality over quantity.
Because of our work, there are times we get nominated by organizations. Invitations pop into our mail one day and say we’ve been nominated. But being nominated is no joke. There are different stages to being awarded.
Stage 1: Requirements
Like any other award, we have to make sure we have proof. We submit to the organization that nominates us. A lot of these requirements are usually government-issued documents such as TIN, Business Permits, and etc. We need these to prove that we are a legitimate organization.
Stage 2: The Inspection
After we submit the permits, we let auditors like SGV and other organizations investigate our operations. They enter our shops, watch how the classes are carried out. And sometimes, they even become part of the class! After that, they would interview our employees to see if they are being treated well. Students may sometimes be asked and interviewed by them to see how they like being part of AHEAD.
This is one of the more tedious and time-consuming parts for the organizations. They also check the marketing, how we earn our money and most of all, how we conduct our business.
Stage 3: The Defense!
Imagine your thesis defense. Except, there are now 5-10 people checking your company. They would also interview our president, Rossana L. Llenado. The interviews would take up to at least an hour. After that, there will be a deliberation to see if we are truly win the award.
Stage 4: Awarding
There are times we win the award, there are times we don’t. But most of the time, we do! We provide what we sell. All our work is research-based; we don’t just throw it in a blender and hope it works! For our students, we would give them the best they need. The tools, the tutelage, and all the research is done to make sure our students get what they deserve: a premium education.
