With over 20 years of experience in publishing, media, and education, Neil Michael Palabrica brings expertise in brand strategy, content development, and audience engagement. A licensed librarian and UP Diliman graduate, he is also multilingual, with a minor in Italian and Spanish.
Neil has held leadership roles at Summit Media, Hinge Inquirer, and ABS-CBN Publishing, driving growth through strategic marketing and content innovation. As AHEAD’s Business Development Manager, he leverages his industry experience to expand market reach, build partnerships, and enhance brand visibility in education.

With over a decade of experience in social media and digital marketing, Kitin Borlongan graduated at UP Los Baños. She leads the marketing efforts at AHEAD Tutorial and Review, crafting impactful campaigns that connect with students, parents, and lifelong learners.
Beyond marketing, she is a successful cyberpreneur, running an online shop specializing in branded bags and accessories. Her e-commerce expertise enhances her understanding of consumer behavior and digital sales.
Fueled by coffee and creativity, Kitin thrives in fast-paced environments. A café-hopper and devoted pet lover, she brings warmth and innovation to education marketing, making learning more engaging and accessible.
DOMINIC (NIC)
Test Development Department Head | Community Manager
Nik graduated with Bachelor‘s Degree in Psychology in 2020 from the Ateneo de Manila University and will be starting their Masters in Guidance and Counseling in 2025. An avid lover of coffee, Nik has written a paper on the misconceptions of coffee and reintroduces the concept of third-wave coffee.
In their free time, Nik participates in ultimate frisbee tournaments as well as archery competitions.
Jenny Fajardo-Ayon

Jenny is a Registered Psychometrician (RPm) and Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP®) with expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and organizational development. She has a strong academic background, having served as a guidance team lead and college faculty, where she designed student support programs and fostered an engaging learning environment.
A cum laude psychology graduate from Saint Louis University, she is currently pursuing her master’s degree at Mapúa University. With experience in both corporate and academic settings, Jenny excels in developing programs that promote personal growth, workplace culture, and organizational success

Christine Yasoña is a cum laude graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas (UST). She is a Certified Public Accountant with 2.5 years of professional experience in the field. During her time at UST, she served as the Managing Editor of the Accountancy Journal, the official student publication of the UST College of Accountancy.

Marketing Assistant
Ryle Virgil B. Cardenas is a dedicated Marketing Assistant with a BS in Communications Technology Management from Ateneo de Manila University. He brings valuable experience from his roles as an Associate Project Coordinator at IDC, where he coordinated multi-disciplinary research projects, and as a Marketing Assistant at AHEAD, managing IT and marketing projects. He excels in project coordination, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
In addition to his professional skills, Ryle has developed management and communication skills that translates well into his leadership style. His technical proficiency span a variety of software/s for IT and marketing projects. Outside of work, Ryle enjoys watching anime and TV series, particularly sitcoms, and reading visual graphic novels like manga and manhwa

Carlos Angelo F. Alejo is a cum laude Information Technology graduate from La Consolacion College of Valenzuela. He first began his career as a graphic designer before transferring to Ahead Tutorial and Review Center, where he currently serves as an IT Assistant, melding his passion for design and technology.
With his strong foundation in design and technology, he excels in front-end development, particularly in UI/UX. design.
Though not naturally extroverted, Carlos thrives on diving into unfamiliar experiences and pushing beyond his comfort zone, embracing the challenge and growth that come with unfamiliar territory.

Adrian Jose Galang is a proud graduate of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management, with the distinction of Cum Laude. Driven and dedicated, Adrian began his professional journey with AHEAD Tutorial and Review Center, starting as an intern and steadily rising through the ranks to become a Team Leader.
His consistent performance and passion for excellence have secured him a permanent role as a staff member, where he continues to contribute meaningfully to the organization’s growth. Beyond his professional achievements, Adrian is an avid sports enthusiast with a deep love for the NBA and NFL.

Accounting Assistant
Ericka is a driven Bachelor of Science in Accountancy undergraduate at Our Lady of Fatima University, consistently recognized as a Dean’s Lister for her academic excellence. Balancing academics and work, she has accumulated over three years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance roles as a working student since her first year in college.
Currently, she serves as an Internal Audit Trainee at the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – Region IV Council, having earned her place as one of the Top 40 qualifiers out of more than 800 applicants.
