During the early 90’s, there were hardly any review books for students who wanted to enter prestigious colleges and universities in the Philippines. The review references in the market then were foreign books that were geared for tests abroad.

AHEAD Tutorial and Review Center, the pioneer in Test-Based review programs for the University of the Philippines College Admission Test (UPCAT), Ateneo College Entrance Test (ACET), and De La Salle University College Entrance Test (DLSUCET), decided to come up with top-of-the-line review books and guides that would aid students in strengthening their skills, preparing for college entrance tests, developing good study habits, and making school-related choices.

Thus, AHEAD Books and Things was created.

Passing college entrance exams requires a particular kind of preparation.
