GENERAL PROCEDURE

- Secure payment, send payment screenshot to info@ahead.edu.ph
- Wait for Ahead to send Welcome Email and Guidelines
- Secure Ahead email credentials
- Accept Google Classroom invitation
- Start your online learning journey by accessing the materials 1 subject per day
PROCEDURE FOR PURE RECORDED SESSION

- An email will be sent containing your default Ahead email credentials. Secure your access by changing the default password.
- Accept Google Classroom Invitation – your classroom contains materials you need in the review. In the classroom, each subject must contain the following:

- Lecturer’s Presentation – in powerpoint format
- Practice Test- in Google Form format
- Link to the recordings – in mp4 format3. Sessions containing Diagnostic and Simulated Tests must be accomplished in one seating or equivalent to more or less 4 hours.

- Follow the sequence of subjects and dedicate 4 hours per day to study each subject.
- When you are ready to begin your study for the day, start by playing the first part of the recording of some test taking tips then proceed in answering all the practice tests, take note that each set is time bound so be sure to time yourself properly.
- After answering the test, open the lecturer’s presentation and follow the discussion in the video.
- Take down notes if necessary and use techniques like mind mapping to help boost retention of the information.

3. Choose a review schedule and take note of the rates. For more information on the rates, email info@ahead.edu.ph.
4. To get our Unionbank and GCash details please email info@ahead.edu.ph or our Facebook page to ask for assistance.
5. Send the following info through Facebook messenger or email:
– Full Name
– Landline and/or mobile number
– School
– Bank and Branch where the deposit was made (only for physical deposits)
– Chosen review schedule and package
6. For physical deposits, mail scanned deposit slip to info@ahead.edu.ph (Subject: Enrollment for [type of review])
7. For online bank transfer, please upload the screenshot to the enrollment form.
We will send you an acknowledgement email to confirm that we have received the enrollment requirements.
